Features: • Users can set their own duplicate criteria. • The Purge for Duplicates feature will locate all duplicates and allow users various actions to resolve conflicts. • The Purge for Duplicates process can be limited to include just Customer Libraries, or can be set to include all Customer’s Work in Progress Jobs as well. • If files are allowed to be added through the file server directories, the Purge for Duplicates feature can be manually performed to synchronize the database with the file server. • Thumbnails can be generated and updated as required.
