All image meta data can be used as search criteria to locate Library files required for new job.
Thumbnails can be viewed up to 512 x 512 pixels.
Users can decide to alias the file into job folder or copy library file into job folder.
If Library files are used in a job, the Job History on the Library file will automatically update with the new Job number. This will allow you to see a complete usage history for each image.
When the Job is archived, Library aliases will be resolved with Library files, therefore the Job’s entire content will be contained within the archived Job folder.
Library contents can be replicated to your Customer’s site using Windows utilities. By organizing and maintaining Libraries, your Customers can automatically have a copy of the Library’s content replicated to their local server.
Library folders can be setup as FTP volumes for each of your Customers.
