Features: • All image meta data can be used as search criteria to locate Library files required for new job. • Thumbnails can be viewed up to 512 x 512 pixels. • Users can decide to alias the file into job folder or copy library file into job folder. • If Library files are used in a job, the Job History on the Library file will automatically update with the new Job number. This will allow you to see a complete usage history for each image. • When the Job is archived, Library aliases will be resolved with Library files, therefore the Job’s entire content will be contained within the archived Job folder. • Library contents can be replicated to your Customer’s site using Windows utilities. By organizing and maintaining Libraries, your Customers can automatically have a copy of the Library’s content replicated to their local server. • Library folders can be setup as FTP volumes for each of your Customers.
