Jobs are archived and thumbnailed according to

thumbnails are used, if current, and new thumbnails are generated

with new keywords and Job usage information. |

media, resolves Library aliases, and deletes folders and their contents

generated for all archiving activities. |

DataManager is set to either delete the Job files
from the server, or move the Job files to a designated folder to allow
users to delete when the archiving is complete. |
