Features: • Users with Retrieval Queue access privileges will get a list of all desired Retrievals to be performed. • The archive media is mounted and the Retrieval process is performed. • DataManager copies selected files to the new Job folders. • Upon completion of the Retrieval process, automatic memo notifications are sent to the person requesting the retrieval. • Archived files that are retrieved for each Job will appear in the Retrieved Files folder, inside a nested folder labeled with the Job Number of the Job it was retrieved from.
