Features:
Customer Contacts can submit a new Job request via a web page.
Job Name and Due Date are the only mandatory fields.
Users can input additional information from pulldowns if desired.
Files can be attached once Job is submitted.
Files will automatically be sent to designated directory via FTP.
E-mail will be issued to designated groups at the DataManager host site.
  The Job and its attachments will automatically appear in the DataManager Job Queue at the host site.
