The Open Tasks and Scheduled Tasks screens provide operators with all their work information. The Open Tasks screen allows an operator to charge time to a single Task or to multiple Jobs/Tasks.
Operators can view the Scheduled Tasks screen by Department names, by their own name, by statuses (which can provide Job routing flow), or by using the schedule filter to control how the schedules are displayed for them. By dragging a Task from the Scheduled Tasks screen on to the Open Tasks screen, time is automatically tracked for that Task.
