Operator time is automatically tracked for
each Task for each Job that they have worked on. The operator
simply drags a Task from the Scheduled Tasks screen into the Open
Tasks screen. Operators can also enter their time manually.
Material lists can be generated for each Job, allowing operators
to "consume" Materials as they work.Time and Materials
can be used to subtotal and populate the Billing Worksheet for
the Job using estimated, actual, quoted values, or any combination
to create a Billing Worksheet specific to your customer's needs.
The Open Tasks and Scheduled Tasks screens provide
operators with all their work information. The Open Tasks screen
allows an operator to charge time to a single Task or to multiple
Jobs/Tasks.
Operators can view the Scheduled Tasks screen by Department names,
by their own name, by statuses (which can provide Job routing
flow), or by using the schedule filter to control how the schedules
are displayed for them. By dragging a Task from the Scheduled
Tasks screen on to the Open Tasks screen, time is automatically
tracked for that Task.
