This DM Net Service provides the ability to monitor the designated Customer Virtual Workspaces when Customers add files through MacIP, NTFS, NFS, SMBS, HTTP, FTP, Gigabyte Express, Mass Transit or any other means.
  • VWM watches for all changes and will automatically create Job file records and folders in Job Server, as well as set file type and creator resources on those files.
  • Automatically generates thumbnails.

 
FILE SERVER
  • This DM Net Service provides the ability to automatically monitor the designated File Server Volumes.
  • FSM will watch the contents of the File Server volumes for all changes and will automatically create Job file and folder records in DataManager, as well as set file type and creator resources on those files.

WORKFLOW MANAGEMENT
  • This DM Net Service provides the ability to monitor the designated Shares that contain Workflow folders and files generated by Nexus or Odystar.
  • WFSM will watch for all changes occurring within the designated shares and will automatically create Job file records in DataManager, as well as set file type and creator resources on those files.
  • Automatically generates thumbnails.
