DataManager has numerous amounts of user-definable
fields within the Job Entry and Sub-Job screens. Unique pull-down
lists can be created and associated as values for each user-defined
field. The look of the Sub-Job screen can be customized by creating
Sub-Job categories and selecting various combinations of core
fields and Sub-Job tabs to each, creating a flexible interface
for each of your Job types or business categories.
Order Entry time is reduced by using drag and drop capabilities,
along with the use of a floating palette that contains Products,
Tasks, Materials, Specs, and Templates. Templates can be created
and saved with built-in Schedules, Tasks, Materials, and Specs
and applied to new Sub-Jobs and/or Revisions.
Users also have the ability to build hierarchical Spec lists that
can be stored and applied to Sub-Jobs and/or Revisions.
Users can personalize the interfaces by reordering
columns, setting sort and sub-sort orders, and resizing the windows.
Extensive search criteria allows users to create and save unlimited
searches. By combining these features, users can instantly see
the exact set of information they are interested in.
